Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
Existing subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. All features remain free after cancellation — you keep full access to DraftSentry Complete.
2. Refunds
DraftSentry is free for everyone. For existing subscriptions from before the free-access model, payments are generally non-refundable as a digital service with immediate access. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support through our Help page within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary, optional, and non-refundable. They do not unlock features or change your account.
4. Data after cancellation
Canceling a subscription does not delete your reports or projects. Your data remains fully accessible.
5. Test mode
DraftSentry billing is currently in test mode. No real charges are processed. Test transactions do not result in actual refunds.
